Palpitations and arrhythmias

Palpitations are sensations of rapid, irregular or strong heartbeats. Arrhythmias are alterations in normal heart rhythms, which may include tachycardias (accelerated beats) or bradycardias (slowed beats). Causes can range from stress, anxiety, caffeine consumption to underlying heart problems.
