Phimosis and paraphimosis
Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin, the skin covering the head of the penis, is too tight to be retracted completely. Paraphimosis occurs when the foreskin is retracted behind the head of the penis but cannot be returned to its original position, causing an obstruction. Both conditions can cause pain, swelling and problems during urination.
