Syncope and falls

Syncope is a temporary loss of consciousness and awareness due to decreased blood flow to the brain. It can be caused by various conditions, such as vasovagal, cardiac or neurological problems. Falls often occur during or after syncope due to loss of muscle control. It is critical to identify the underlying cause through medical evaluations to prevent recurrence and injury.
