Diabetes mellitus type I and type II

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic condition characterized by high levels of sugar (glucose) in the blood. It is divided into two main types: type I diabetes, where the body does not produce sufficient insulin due to destruction of pancreatic cells, and type II diabetes, where the cells do not respond adequately to the insulin produced.
